Delayed Periods, Had Sex Before Periods Started. How To Get My Periods ?

iam 21 years... iam unmarried... i had sex with my boyfrnd before 4 days of my period starts...
ie... i had sex on 2nd of this month... and periods due date is 7th... but today the date is 10th still i dint get my periods?!!..
iam quite afraid to take this matter to my parents..
kindly give me some sugestions so that ill get my periods?
and moreover if i get pregnant how to abort it medicinely??

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you stated in your query about the period date, you are not pregnant so don't take tension.
Delay in period is due to stress and tension , which is in your mind.
Still there no menses than get a home pregnancy test on 14 th ,but it will come negative.
