Delayed Motor Skills. Pronunciations Bad, Grunts. On Speech Therapy. Help?

My 2 1/2 yr old son goes to speech therapy . He is delayed in some of his motor skills in regards to pronounciation. He s been doing great, but the last two days he s seems to have reverted to grunting when answering. He engages us, know what we re talking about and answers when he should but all that comes out is a simple grunt....and a smile

Hi
Understand the shape you are in

How does your speech pathologist react to your child's new change
Possibly he is doing better
He just tries to mimic something
Watch him closely and you will find the cause.
