Dehydrated Penis, Light Yellow Green Bruise. Should I Be Concerned?

Hiya since I started jelqing and stretching on and off 2 years my penis seems dehydrated, has kinda light yellow green bruise on head of penis with at least a year . I think my foreskin might cause the bruising from where the bruise is to the foreskin, I'm just wondering do I have anything to worry about?? And how could I get rid of the brusing

I understand your concerns. You might do well with stopping masturbation for a while, till your penis returns to a normal condition like it was before. I would advise you to consult an andrologist if you do not feel like things are improving within a week's time. I hope this helps.
