Dear Dr. I Am A 41 Year Old Male With

Dear Dr. I am a 41 year old male with a problem related to sex. When I have sex with my partner which is not very regular, I either come too quickly or lose the erection within seconds leaving my partner pretty disappointed. While I know that this is due to severe performance anxiety I am not able to control it. Once in a while when I am relaxed, I manage to hold on for at least 5-10 mins. After lot of hesitation, I started taking Viagara (50mg) although I don't think I have an ED problem. I have taken it thrice till date with wonderful results each time. And my partner is very happy. My question is how safe is it the continue taking Viagara for someone who is not otherwise suffering from ED. As I mentioned before sex is not regular and there the need for Viagara is also limited maybe 3-4 times a month. Does regular usage mean that I can't get an erection if I stop using it making me fully dependent on the drug? Should I reduce the dosage or should I stop taking it completely. Other than a stuffy nose and a headache I have not suffered any other side effects. I have moderately high BP and i take medication for it but a low dosage. Thank you for your help. Regards
