Dark Spot On Tip Of Nose. Released Pus When Squeezed. Reappeared After Got Tanned. Reason?

Hi, I noticed a little dark spot on the tip of my nose a few days ago after going tanning . Only been going for a week or so. Thought it was a pimple so I squeezed it and a little pus came out, but it s still there and the skin is a little rougher than the rest. It was disappearing until today when I went tanning again then it was noticeable again. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hello dear.
It might be a light reaction called as polymorphic light eruption.
I would advice you to stop tanning tanning for a week. Apply a combination of antibiotic and mild steroid cream for a week. You will find relief.
