Dark Lump On Labia Majora, Discoloration. Is It Related To Pregnancy?
I have a small dark purplish lump on the right side of my labia majora. It feels hard to press but not painful. It started a few months ago and has gotten s little bigger but not much. I first noticed it when I was pregnant but have since had the baby. You can see the discolouration of the skin but wouldn't know there was a lump unless you pressed it. I'm 32 and married.
Hi, The lump you mentioned could be a overgrown connective tissue. Better to consult gynecologist once and get examined to find out the exact nature of the lump. If she recommends go for fine needle aspiration biopsy. By this the exact nature of the lump can be made out. If that is a benign lesion, you can monitor with regular followups. If not you may need to get removed the lump depending on your doctor's advice. Take care.
