There are three contains in which scalp has scales or scaly plaques.
1 severe pityriasis alba
2 seborrhoeic dermatitis
which also seen in eyebrows and nasolabial folds esp.
of scalp only.
In my view you may have psoriasis of scalp which is a chronic , genetic disorder ,at times waxes and wanes,.
You may biopsy your scalp and let me know the result ,meanwhile take fongitar shampoo thrice a week, betamethasone
lotion mixed with oil 50 50 ,and tab sebex Z once a day.
