Cystitis, UTI, Bleeding, Painful Stomach, Blood Clots, Brownish Cloudy Urine. What Is The Reason Of Discomfort?

I have been going to the toilet for a wee a lot over the past 3 days. I can only describe the pain and the amount of times I'm going to the toilet as similar to cystitis or a uti. My bladder feels full most of the time and I'm going to the toilet then going to sit back down on the sofa and I'm ready to go again! My wee is sometimes dark browny colour or clear but when I wipe there is blood on the tissue and sort of like mucus/flemmy clots of blood, sometimes brown or red. I get a pain in my stomach when urinating. I have struggled to go to the toilet for the last few days feel very constipated. This morning I went and there was a pain in my bottom and was uncomfortable! Don't know if this is related to anything..
Thanks

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
UTI is characterised by frequent urination, burning urination pain in the lower abdomen with or without blood/mucus discharge.
You need to get urine examination done - routine and microscopy.
Besides these investigations, culture of the urine and sensitivity also needs to be done.
Culture will identify the organism causing the infection and sensitivity will identify the drug to which the micro-organism is most sensitive.

Thanks and take care
