Hey doctor ! i got my ears pierced 5 days ago , and the hole is sore nd red . And now i've kept neem sticks as they cyre the wounds ! I wanna know how long to keep the neem stick and wen to remove it . and wen.i insert the stick i have severe.pain ! i really need help

From history it seems that there might be having bacterial infection following ear piercing giving rise soreness and redness.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3 days.
If there is more irritation, remove neem stick.
Ok and take care.
