Cramps, Nausea, Hot Flashes. Family History Of Ovarian Cysts. Reason?
Hi, I'm a 16 year old girl and I've been having really bad cramps everyday. I also get nauseated a lot. When my period comes around I don't get cramps as bad. They're worse every other time. I'm confused because I thought maybe I could be pregnant but I got a negative HPT and I followed the instructions perfectly. I would really like answers. My family does have a history of ovarian cysts and fibroids so hopefully it isn't one of them. I also previously had hot flashes and they stopped for a bit but they're back now. Thanks for your time.
Hello, Thank you for the query. I have understood your concerns. After going through you symptoms I can tell you some possible causes which are: -premature ovarian failure -High estrogen levels -panic attacks. If you were my patient I will firs rule out the above possible causes. If the cause is panic attacks then you need to take therapy and meditation for atleast 6 months and if the cause are other two then you need medical treatment. If possible consult a gynecologist and have a ultrasonography abdomen done to rule out other possible causes. Hope this information will be helpful to you. Thank you.
