Could You Please Suggest A Weight Loss Medication?

Hi I was wondering if you knew the best weight loss pill? ive tried dieting and a lot of exercise and nothing has helped. I have had my thyroids checked and I have hypothyroidism but I haven t gotten medicine for it because the next time they checked, which was about a week after the first test, it came out I was normal, after that I was scheduled for yet another test but then my doctor retired and the doctors have yet to find me a new doctor.

Hi,

Weight loss pills are not good for sustainable weight loss so opt for a healthy way to lose weight.. Journey might be longer but will be healthy

For weight loss exercise has to be regular. ( WALK/ JOGGING/ YOG/ PRANAYAM)

Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity

Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
8. Avoid all processed and ready to eat food items.

Taru

Hello
You need a full test of your thyroid function just to make sure it really is normal. If it is, Phentermine used for about two months would be an effective weight loss medication for you.
