Could U Have A Heart Attack Wihtout Realizing It?

and if you did have a heart attack without realizing it what would happen to you over the weeks and months? are you more likley to get anohter one if you never got help for the first one?

I have heard that mild heart attacks can sometimes be mistaken for other things and yes, it does seem likely that if you don't take care of a problem when it's small, it will only get bigger.
