Could The Pressure In The Head Be Due To Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have had head pressure for about 10 years from one degree to another. I ve been to pain docs, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, had MRI s, CAT scans, etc. (I had a cervical discectomy in 2002 for a herniated disk btw. 4&5.) The pressure is all on the right side from the base of my skull to top and face. My right shoulder is tense too. The latest massage therapist mentioned lymph nodes, so I started researching this possibility. Could I have chronic swollen lymph nodes that have never been addressed? Is there treatment?

Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Unfortunately in medicine not always is possible to find the diagnose or there are a lot of syndromes and diseases which diagnose is made by clinical reasing and never confirmed by examinations
In my opinion you should consult a neurologist and start treatment
Upload you examination to our address and we will be glad to reccomend you possible treatments
I don't think your pain is related with those lymph nodes
Stay healthy
Best regards
