Hello,

Sunstroke may not cause sore throat. Present condition may be due to hypotension or anemia or electrolyte imbalance or BPPV. So check her blood pressure, blood sugar, serum electrolytes and ecg.

Give her plenty of water and liquids. Use tab. vertin 8mg in case of giddiness. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist/neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
