Could Stomach Cramping And Frequent Urination Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

What does it mean when you have stomach cramps in the lower abdominal area and have to pee literally every 20 minutes. Could it mean pregnancy? I didn t miss my period or anything. I have a doctors appointment but not until next Friday any information would help :). Thank you.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
In absence of the period, stomach cramping and frequent urination does not indicate the pregnancy.
Because missed period is the cardinal symptoms of the pregnancy.
Your symptoms may be due to the urinary tract infections.
I would suggest to undergo urine routine, microscopic and culture to confirm the infection after consulting the gynecologist.
Meanwhile take following advice:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium
Tablet pyridium and syrup cital
Drink juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain pelvic hygiene by using V-vaginal plus wash.
Hope this may help you
