Could Stinging Feeling While Urination Be Related To Sexual Health?

I ve been having sex with my girlfriend for a few weeks now and she was a virgin the first time I had sex with her. She s 20 and I m 22. I noticed a few things. For some reason she bleeds everytime. I m assuming her virginity loss should be treated as a wound so we agreed to wait a month to have sex again. But now I noticed things wrong with my penis. Sometimes i have a mild stinging feeling when I urinate and I will have 2 streams sometimes. It feels like something is stuck inside of it but I doubt there is. What could this be and how do I get rid of this problem? I don t have a discharge and this just started happening. Please help!

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Stinging sensation while urinating is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
Appearance of two streams is suggestive of stricture in the urethra.
However, this is one of the possibility.
You need to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to find out the cause of double urine streams.
As the same time, urine examination also needs to be done to look for evidence of infection.
In case there is evidence of infection in the urinary tract, appropriate antibiotics will be required.
If there is evidence of UTI, practise protected sex only because UTI can transmit by sexual route.
If your partner is also having similar symptoms, she also needs to be treated.
Regarding bleeding problem in your partner after sexual activity, bleeding occurs after bursting of hymen.
However, bleeding every time you have sex can be due to vaginal tear or trauma.
Consult a gynaecologist for clinical assessment.
