Could Spotting, Vomiting Of Mucus And Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex the day of ovulations and days after I am 10dpo at 9dpo I noticed some brown spotting in my underwear I have been vomitting up clear mucus for 2 days now I have been feeling cramping and pulling behind my navel sore breast and they feel heavy could I be pregnant

Thanks for the query.
Symptoms of pregnancy can mimic other conditions like premenstrual syndrome.
So just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion.
As your periods are delayed by ten days, better to go for pregnancy test now.
If the test shows positive result, consult gynecologist, get examined and continue the pregnancy with regular antenatal checkups.
Take folic acid supplementation from now onwards.
If test gives negative result, possibly you may get your periods soon.
If you do not get periods even after one week, consult gynecologist once and take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
