Could Spotting During Periods Indicate Pregnancy Or Contraceptive Altering Cycle?
Hi i am a little scare do to the fact my period have been a little out of control. The last time i had my real period was may 31 to june 5 i then had unprotected sex june 7 and 8th but took a plan b the 8 the and got my period again june 12 to -16. I had unprotected sex again the 21 and the 23. I was expecting my period again june 29 because my cycle is every 19 days but i only spotted. This is where it gets tricky i was suppose to start that same sunday 29th to start on birth control pills and like i started spotting i decided to not start the pills. I never got my period so i started the pill on june 1st. Was there a possibility that i got pregnant or that the pill interrupted my period from coming down?
You are on some hormonal pills to regularise the periods, having some unprotected sex , taking some emergency contraceptive pill to avoid pregnancy and again getting menstrual irregularities, in such scenario it is highly recommended to meet nearby good Gynaecologist. Tell the Gynaecologist your need, preferences and choice of contraceptive method and with open discussion with your partner and Gynaecologist choose some way of protection.
I hope this helps.. In case of any further queries feel free to ask again..
