Could Spotting And Lower Abdominal Pain Be Due To Pregnancy?
Hi my last period was August 2011 and it is almost December 2011 yesterday day I had some light brown discharge and about two nights ago I woke up out of a dead sleep with some lower stomach/abdominal pain and feeling like I had to pike and I have been having really bad acid reflex could I be pregnant?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion spotting along withabdominal cramps might need to be evaluated by ultrasound to know the status of pregnancy.Before that a urine pregnancy is to be done a week after missed period to confirm the pregnancy.The pregnancy symptoms like nausea,vomitings,increased urination,sore breasts might start after 2 weeks after missed period.Dont worry.
