Could Soreness In Groin Area, Followed By Soreness In Armpit Be Indicative Of Lymphoma?

Two months ago had sore area in my groin. Painful to touch. Went away after two weeks tho stil a little sore. About a month ago, soreness in armpit which comes and goes. Reading too much on internet, what are the chances of it being lymphoma Please let me get out of this sight. I am not interested!!!

Mere soreness is not a sign of lymphoma. There must be a swollen lymph node as well. There is no need to worry.
