Could Soft Stool And Gastric Problems Be Related To STD Or Digestion Problem?

I been dating this girl for a year. I had unprotected sex with her one time. The next day I have gas problems. My stools were soft but not diarrhea. Smell strong and different. Just moved to a new place. The quality of the water its a concern for me. My dog was sick for 3 days. Now I drink bottle water. Could be an STD or its more probable something that I ate or drink?

Hello,

No relation between in protected sex and your gas problem unless she have STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases). No relation between sick dog and your health condition unless you have bitten with that dog.

Probably you are suffering from acute gastritis and contaminated water consumption may cause loose stools or dysentery. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid contaminated water consumption and unprotected sex (use barrier method).

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
