ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, all above are the symptoms of ALLERGIC RHINITIS. Here I would like to tell you that watery nasal discharge is found in only two conditions i.e. allergic rhinitis and CSF Rhinorrhea. Your symtoms are same as for allergic rhinitis is mentioned because in CSF rhinorrhea there is-
(a) Usually watery discharge is from one nose.

(b) No watery from eyes.

(c) Nasal discharge usually observed on bending forward.

(d) Sneezing usualy absent.

Thus considering all above you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. For definitive management you should consult allergy specialist for skin test to identify the possible allergen and that may be treated by suitable vaccine (desensatization).

Probably your query is answered.

Regards.
