Could Small Rash Around Chest Be A Lyme Disease?

Yes, I have a small (a little smaller than a dime) round rash on my chest. My friend says it could be Lyme Disease or ringworm.. I have had the same rash for years and it pops up on different parts of my body. What should I do? Should I get a blood test to get a definitive answer?
