Could She Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Dizziness Along With Negative UPT?

Hi I have a question. My girlfriend is on birth control. In addition to that, I always pull out and never ejaculate inside of her. She takes her pill all the time and never forgets about it. Now she got sick though and was on antibiotics. She took amox/clav and we had sex ONCE during the time she took the antibiotics. She kept taking her pill tho and like always I pulled out. That was on february 13. She got her period on time the 29th, it lasted a day or two shorter than usual though. The same day she took a pregnancy test that came back negative. She took another one on march 5th, also negative. She keeps complaining about a feeling of dizziness and sometimes nausea though. It never goes away. Should I be worried about a pregnancy?

Your girl friend is regularly taking her contraceptivre pills without a break.duriNV illness too.... you are also using withdrawal method without fail..I don't think she is pregnant in the situation.
Her scanty period is due to her sickness &antibiotics she had taken... even the nausea /guddiness can follow such illness causing low appetite & nausea vomitting
She should restart her new pack of family planning pills as usual. Or observe abstinebce till periods get regularised.
She can tske few pills of Zintac 150 twice a dayalong with B complex suppliments.
If no reluef in a weeks time let her consult your family doctor.
