Could Severe Stomach Pain And Loose Motion A Symptom Of Pregnancy?

hi doctor got severe loose motions along with severe stomach for one day(on 24th day of menstrual period) in the middle of using EUGEST 200mg tablets. I have been using these tablets. May i know Why it was happen like this. Is it symptom of pregnancy?
