Thank you.
Usually girls start menses at the age of 12-14 yrs, at this time they have painless menses. After 2-3 yrs it changes to painful menses. This is normal and nature's rule. Your body is following normal nature's rule. So every month, every women at this stage have to pass through this psychological /patience test to bear the pain during ovulation.
Well I suggest you to scale how much pain you have. Next if you are posting any pain related questions, pain scale is usually 1-10, 1 being no pain and 10 being worst pain. So you may judge whether you need pain killers or not. If the pain is hampering very much with your daily activities, then you may have pain killers. You have told that you have seen a goldish brownish color, usually color of menses is red.
I suggest you to visit gynecologist as they have sound knowledge of female anatomy and her functioning system.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
