my father 80yrs Diagnosis: type 2DM/ HTN/ IHD . WAS ADMITTED TO hospital for sever gastric problem . now discharge but still problem persist of 25% is it due one of tablets . (1). metosartan50. (2) T. aquazide 12.5 (3) atorfit cv (4) levoneo sr 25 (5) neksium 40 (6)stanlopam 5 . now sugar normal
