Could Red Sores In Butt Be Herpes?
Hi I have have these red sores in my butt crack for four days now I don t think it s herpes because I have not had sex in a while. They hurt to wipe and if I wipe to hard a little blood ends up on the toilet paper. I m getting tested Monday but any info now will really help. Thank you.

From history it seems that you might be having some bacterial infection giving rise thisproblem.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
