Could Painful, Hard, Hot Bump Above The Anus Due To Fall On Tailbone, Pain While Moving Be Serious?

There is a bump above my anus that is about the size of a golf ball. It is hard and it hurts to touch. I don't have a fever but the bump is very hot. My mom tells me that it is just bruised. But I don't believe it. I'm an 18 year old female
greetings, see if wes see that your bump has originated only after that fall, then we can attribute the cause to be the fall.sometimes fall leads to collection of blood and it sometimes get solidify takes times to resolve.but then again you should see that you should be anything serious,a detailed physical examination is required. i would suggest you to see the doctor. thanks and regards.
