Could Pain In Testicle Be Due To The Pulled Back Muscle?

I pulled a back muscle last week ( i believe from slipping on some ice, but I didn t fall) The back is in process of recovering but virtue of motrin, tiger balm, rest, icy-hot, etc. However, I am noticing my left testicle is a bit tender. The testicle pain did not arrive until after the back muscle was pulled. The pain has gone down the left side of my leg too, but it s not an all the time thing. Any thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
welcome to HCM.
assure me this is back muscle or flanks muscle??because flank muscle sprain is associated with testicular pain.
otherwise this may be due to epididymitis, orchitis, trauma etc.
i shall advise you to take some antibiotic like azithromycin for days and if still does not subside consult your physician.
hope this is helpful.
regards.
