Could Nausea And Stomach Aches Be Due To A Pregnancy?

Hi, I've been really sick lately. A lot of nauseous and stomach aches, has been going on for a few weeks and get worse when I'm on my period. Could I be pregnant. I know my family have previous things where they've been pregnant but still had their periods. Has happened to a few of my family members.

Hi..in case you have such doubts, you should better take a urine pregnancy test by self at home..it will clear your doubts regarding pregnancy..
However its quite rare that you get pregnant without missing your periods at all..there is at least a slight variation in your normal pattern of flow..
Nausea and stomach cramps might also be because of gastritis, pelvic or urinary infection..if your urine pregnancy test is negative, take cap pantocid dsr once a day empty stomach for 7 days, tab meftal spas thrice a day for 3 days and get an LFT and urine routine examination done.
