Could It Simply Be A Pulled Abdomen Muscle After Doing Sit-ups?

After doing sit-ups, I have continued to have a pulled muscle feeling in my abdomen. Could it simply be a pulled abdomen muscle? I have had the pain for 6 days. It is a dull to medium pain most of the time, but when I cough it is a sharp pain that lasts only during the cough.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pulled muscle feel in the abdomen can happen if you start with the exercise without adequate waring up. This will subside with hot fomentation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
