I am 30 yr old and I have pcos ,irregular periods.now I am trying to conceive ,my thyroid is normal .my doctor suggests me to take mcbm69 and glycomate 850sr.one off my friend says to take ovacare.is it ok if it will be helpful to get pregnant with all these medicines.
Pcos is a syndrome of oligomenorrhoea , hirsitism and ovarian large volume > 10cc each/ cysts. most common oresentation is an overweight woman with irregular menses. the idea of treatment is to regularize her menses and reduce weight. ideally you should start TAB GINETTE 1 TAB once a day x 28 days for 6 months. this is low dose oc pill to regularize your cycle. and not plan pregnancy immediately. else you are keen on pregnancy and dont want to use , then you can continue what has been advised and try naturally during the fertile period after maintaining a menstrual calendar and using ovulation kits to time your ovulation.regards
