Could I Be Pregnant With Kicking Feel In My Abdomen?
Had a normal period, then 8 days late but still normal flow (heavy) then 4 days late, also normal (heavy). 4 negative HPTs. I have nausea at the times I normally if I don't eat, when I do I can barely eat anything. Feel kicking in my abdomen and occasional flutters. Could I be pregnant?

Since you have tested 4 HPTs and all have come as negative,you cant be pregnant.
The symptoms you are experiencing are the symptoms of false pregnancy or phantom pregnancy, most commonly termed pseudocyesis in humans.
It is due to changes in the endocrine system of the body, leading to the secretion of hormones that will lead to physical changes similar to those during pregnancy.
If still you are in doubt,then you can cofirm it by doing ultrasound scan.
