Could History Of Having Dengue Cause Blood Report Of TC 15700cells/cm, Polymorphs 51.9% And RBC Count 5.4ml?cm?

my daughter got the blood report that TC is 15,700cells/cumm, polymorphs is 51.9% and RBC count is 5.4 million/cumm.she is 9 years old.she is having a slight cold now.one month back, she had dengue and now she is alright.is dengue the reason for the increase in these counts?

Dengue doesn't seem to be the reason for high TC. It seems to be due to the current illness your child is having.
In my opinion , she is suffering from a mild upper respiratory infection leading to slightly raised TC.

You can wait and watch. If the symptoms improve within a few days, then there will be no need for even a repeat blood examination. Usually TC improve if infections improve.

In the meantime, use antihistamine and decongestant for cold.
