Hi.

Increase in the dosage of medication would not usually cause a headache. A headache in this case may be temporary as the body adjusts to find its new basal metabolism rate.
Since the thyroid closely controls the level of activity of a person, it is important to regulate it and monitor it well.

Getting a check up done again in a few months to see if the TSH value has been lowered can help.

Along with this, a few things that may help with headaches. These include -

Drinking lots of water
Sleeping more than 8 hours a day
Sitting in a dark room
Steam inhalation
Taking a warm shower
Using an NSAID painkiller might help as well

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
