Could Having Diabetics Cause Negative Result In Pregnancy Test?

I feel pressure in my stomach some days and I feel twitching on my left side that is steady .and it's uncomfortable to lean to that side.I'm a type one diabetic and I had to positive home pregnancy test but at the doctor's office the test was negative .I had no period in September just brown discharge and in October I bleed heavy with clots for one day then it all stopped again .could having uncontrol diabeties give me a negative results.

I understand your query.
* Urine pregnancy test can be wrong +ve ( due to contamination of urine sample) but false -ve is not possible.
Pregnancy test detects Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin _which is produced after conception only. It is not affected by blood glucose.
Blood pregnancy test is confirmatory for pregnancy. You should satisfy yourself with blood pregnancy test(HCG test). PLease don't be stressed even if it's -ve thistime. Your own efforts/ treatment of diabetes/ menses would help you.
* The symptoms you have seem to be due to effect of diabetes on gastro intestinal tract, making it's activity sluggish-there by causing digestive deficiency, indigestion,gasses.constipation, constipation. Your symptoms are mostly due to diabetes.
* Diabetes again causes disturbed menses - your spotting in one month & profuse bleeding in another- are due to that.
Please get yourself investigated & consult a diabetologist for proper treatment./ also adopt healthy life style from diabetes point of view.
If you are planning for a baby, controlled blood sugar is a must.
