Could Genital Itching With Ants On Clothing Be Due To Diabetes?

I have ants on my panties. What does it mean? i was also reading about diabetes milletus, some of the symptoms actually happens to me. the past few days I was experiencing severe genital itching. Could it be possible that I have it already? My grandpa has DM.

welcome to HCM.
Ant in panties does not mean diabetes.
Genital itching is one of the manifestations of diabetes, but there are other reasons also,like urine infection.
You need to go for a blood sugar test to confirm it.
If your grand pa had diabetes does not ensure , you will also have it.
Get your blood sugar , fasting and postprandial (after meals) and urine routine and microscopy done, then you can post your report here, in HCM or see a doctor.
