Could Duodonal Erosion Ulcer Cause Acne,weak Chest And Shoulders And Hair Loss?

hi doctor am 31 years old weight 81 Kg height 6 3 and for the last four years i have been suffering from constipation and i lost a lot of weight and i have pain in the chest and bones clicking. two years before i had endoscopy which said there is a duodonal eroision. iwant to ask is duodonal erosion ulcer and if it is can it cause acnes and weak chest and shoulders and hair loss,thanx would really appreciate your help.tona

I really appreciate your concern, endoscopic finding are nothing to anything with the present complaint of constipation, hair fall pain condition.
constipation is not the disease condition unless it is being diagnosed, but here in your case it is not the case, but it could be due to less water intake, less fiber diet taken, stress, drink more water, have more fiber diet, for the pain condition it could be due to muscular spasm it can be due to stressful condition, try some relaxation therapy, for the hair fall it could be age related in male it could be male related alopecia, treatment being decided according to gender (You have not mentioned the gender here ) still minoxidile can be applied locally.
