Could Delayed Periods With Creamy Brown Discharge Followed By Heavy Bleeding Be Implantation Bleeding?

I have a perfect 28 day cycle and I've been ttc. I ovulate and day cd 14 and I know this because I get mittleschermz. I had intercourse 2 days before O day. I was expecting my period on 12/2 and didn't get it which is very strange for me so I did an hpt which was negative. Yesterday 12/3 I started to bleed but what's weird is that it started as creamy brown discharge it looked like light chocolate colored lotion then I started to bleed heavily but since then it's slowed down which is strange. What are the chances of it being early pregnancy bleeding or implantation bleeding?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you have described are likely to be due to delayed periods caused by a mild hormonal imbalance. This is not suggestive of an implantation bleeding.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
