Could Delayed Periods With HCG Level <2 Mui And Thick Endometrium Be Concerning?

I have irregular periods... My LMp was 7 Jan 2014. I didn't get my periods after that. We had sex on Jan 23rd with protection and he didn't come inside me. I didnt get my periods till date. I did HPT twice and it showed negative. I did a beta HCG last week and my level was <2 mui. In Scan the reports told i Hvae thick endometrium. Am I Pregnant? Or should I wait for my periods though I have no symptoms of pregnancy like nausea or light headed etc...
