Hi
Thanks for writing to hcm...
firstly, i pill is an emergency contraceptive pill....... its efficacy is best around 95% if had within 24 hrs.if you have taken after 48 hrs but before 72hrs , its efficacy is around 58% . if Your next period is late by few days its ok, but if its late more than 1 week then immediately take up the pregnancy test and consult your doctor regarding medical termination of pregnancy.
Hope this helps.
