Could Constant Pain And Hard Buttocks Due To Bad Fall On Road Hitting Coccyx Mean Something Broken?

hi i fell off the back of a quad at 30mph and at that speed my bum coccyx hit the road it was very pain full , i have had pain for six weeks it has not got worse or better it has stayed the same pain could there be something broken or bruising in the buttocks that takes longer to heal my bum cheeks are kind of hard also.

The constant pain and the hardness in the area could be due to a soft tissue injury and a hematoma formation in the area. This is not necessarily indicative of a fracture. You need to get an X-ray done to confirm.
