Could Brown Watery Discharge Along With Bad Odour Be Due To Fistula?
Hi, for the last months my vaginal discharge has smelt bad and i have been to see my doctor and have tested negative for bv, thrush, chlamydia and other std s. I had my third child a year ago and was wondering whether i have a fistula? My discharge is watery and today it was brown with little bits in that look like faeces. I am worried this could be cancer.

I suggest you to get an endometrial swab for culture sensitivity and drug sensitivity. The discharge may be due to bacterial infection.
