Could Bouts Of Conjunctivitis Have Led To Redness And Swelling In Eyebrow Area?

Hi,

I have had a couple of bouts of conjunctivitis in the past three months and now I have a hardened red area on my L eyebrow with persistent upper lid swelling. No redness in the eye per se and only pain with rubbing the bump in the eyebrow. How do I reduce the swelling?

bump in eye brow can be a bacterial infection focus. This is giving rise to lid swelling. Warm compression oral antibiotic like erythromycin 500mg daily for 5days, analgesic like combiflam for 5days can be taken. You will be alright in one week.
