Hi welcome to HCM Looking at your history it seems to be sexually transmitted infection most probably Herpes infection you need not to worry until diagnosis confirmed If such a patient comes to my clinic after thorough examination I would have advised both of them for battery of test for confirmation of diagnosis In my opinion you both need a course of antiviral drug like acyclovir under supervision of doctor have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits maintain good hygiene practise safe sex avoid oral sex or kissing after genital contact hope this will be informative and helpful to you thanks for using HCM good luck
