Could Blotchy Rashes When Hot, Pain In Arms Without Bruise In A Child Indicate Fifths Disease?

About a month ago my daughter had what seemed to be a sinus cold (runny nose, sneezing, coughing) she never had a fever and so I never ok her to the doctor. However she has had for over 2 weeks now rash looking areas starting on her face/cheeks, chest, stomach, back, and then arms and legs. I ha chalked it up to an eczema flare up; however this rash was not like her typical eczema rashes that are usually sandpaperish and relieved by coconut oil. This in fact was blotchy and got worse when she got too hot/sweaty. I did some research and I figured it was probably fifths disease, but now that the rash is almost gone...is there anything I should do to follow up? Or is this typical for a child! Also, is there a possibility that it will happen again? In addition, she complained tonight that her arm hurt, one spot...no rash, she hadn't hit it on anything, no bruise. Is this correlated to fifths? Or should I get the arm pain checked out?
