Could An Earlier Period Be The Body Self Regulating The Period?

I have pcos. My periods usually range from 40-45 on average. I had a miscarriage in novemer, and since then my period was 30 days and now 18 days later i have another one. Could this mean my body is going back to "normal" now. I'm 26 and i was diagnosed with pcos at 15yrs old. I am trying to get pregnant but still no luck.
