Could Abdominal Cramping, Gas, Fatigue With Gooey White And Clear Discharge Indicate Pregnancy?

The symptoms that I currently have are abdominal cramping (sort of numb but feels bloated and heavy), gas, fatigue and the last time I wiped when using the bathroom I noticed a gooey white & clear substance. I don't know if I am pregnant (it would be my second pregnancy) ... should I go in for a check-up?

Above symptom are not necessarily due to pregnancy it can be due to diet, gastritis, etc. To rule out pregnancy have UPT done.
