Hallow Dear,
Even though the semen is deposited at the opening of vagina, there is some risk of
pregnancy as the sperms are active cells and can travel up the vagina to the egg if it is present.
However, immediately after the intercourse you had consumed 6 birth control pills. In fact two birth control pills would have served the purpose. Moreover, you had consumed morning after pill which is very effective post coital
contraceptive pill. So you do not have to worry about the pregnancy due to this intercourse.
Moreover, you had your menses for the month of October after this intercourse. So the question of pregnancy due to the intercourse on 6 September does not arise at all. You are not pregnant due to that intercourse.
If you did not have any intercourse after the
menstruation of October, this delay in menses cannot be because of pregnancy. It could be due to
hormonal imbalance. High
progesterone due to delayed menses can cause heaviness in the breasts and sensitivity of nipples. Also in such cases somewhere around the expected menses
uterus does contract reflexly causing some pain.
If you have passed about a week after missed period, please perform pregnancy test on the overnight first sample of urine to confirm the status of pregnancy. If you are not pregnant, take Tab.
Deviry for 5 days. Then within 4-7 days you will get withdrawal bleeding.
Otherwise report to your Gynaecologist.
